Becoming a member of the CPOL program as a buyer will allow you to access the inspection reports and other
information for any listing you choose. Inspection reports include the inspection
summaries, photographs, initial home inspection, termite inspection, insurance inspection, indoor
air quality inspection, thermal imaging inspection, etc. By registering, you will also be able to keep track of your favorite listings and contact agents, sellers and more. Refer to the various inspection packages
for further information on the various inspection types available. Note: Not all homeowners may allow miscellaneous inspection
reports and information to be downloaded. Each listing however, will have at minimum, a Summary Report, an inspection report and a rating.
